We collect a deposit of PLN 2,000 (for weekly stays), PLN 1,000 (for weekend stays) payable to our bank account. The amount of the deposit for the Christmas and New Year's Eve stay is PLN 5,000. The payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the regulations. Guests are obliged to strictly comply with fire regulations and rules. The cottages have a fireplace with an insert. Always use the fireplace for its intended purpose. The fireplace insert must always be tightly closed. It is forbidden to leave the fireplace unattended. You can only burn wood in the fireplace. It is forbidden to fry any food products such as sausages, marshmallows, etc. There is an absolute ban on smoking tobacco products and the like in the house. Smoking is possible only in the open air. In case of breaking the smoking ban at home, we charge a fee of PLN 2,000 (cleaning, cleaning, laundry) and the cost of calling the fire brigade. Persons not registered in Osada Maruszyna may stay in the house only with the prior consent of the hosts. Please do not disturb the peaceful stay of others guests, as well as neighbors of Osada Maruszyna and observing the quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am. unguarded. Pets are accepted for an additional fee of PLN 50/day. Please do not leave your pets unattended at home and clean up any waste left by your dog outside. Staying in the bathing basin, jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants is prohibited for safety reasons. The maximum number of people using the jacuzzi is 5. The facility may charge for damages caused by improper use of the jacuzzi, in particular for damaged elements of the jacuzzi. It is forbidden to use the bathing basin, jacuzzi for people with symptoms indicating: skin diseases, mycosis, papilloma, erythema, erysipelas, etc., open cuts, infectious diseases, difficult to heal wounds, lack of personal hygiene, epilepsy, frequent intravenous injections on the upper limbs, breathing difficulties, balance disorders, aggressive behavior. The use of the bathing basin, jacuzzi is at your own risk. The owners of Osada Maruszyna do not take responsibility for injuries resulting from the use of the above-mentioned facilities. For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 may use the swimming pool, jacuzzi, playground, only in the presence and under the care of their parents or guardians. The owners of Osada Maruszyna are not responsible for children remaining in Osada Maruszyna unattended. Please do not leave children unattended. Please be especially careful around the swimming pool and playground. Each of the houses is equipped with a dry sauna. The cottage is equipped with gas central heating. In order to change the temperature in the rooms, it is possible to adjust the thermostats in each room. It is forbidden to interfere with the central heating controller of the house. Guests of Osada Maruszyna are asked not to walk around the house in shoes, especially high-heeled shoes and ski boots. Guests of Osada Maruszyna are financially responsible for any damage, loss or destruction of furnishings and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. Guests should notify the hosts about the occurrence of damage immediately after finding it. Guests are responsible for damages caused by children under their care. The hosts of Osada Maruszyna are not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring at independent suppliers caused, for example, by a temporary lack of electricity, Internet, television.
