Our newest cottage, perfect for one family
Our newest HOUSE MURUWANIEC is a response to our Guests' requests to create a smaller facility, ideal for a single family or a couple. In a house with an area of 80m2, we managed to create an exceptionally cozy and exclusive space that you will definitely like. The house has a private jacuzzi, which is entered from the terrace.
The layout of the rooms in the Murowaniec House is as follows:
- on the ground floor there is a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and living room with fireplace. Spacious glazed HST balcony doors lead to a large terrace, which is like an extension of the living room.
- On the first floor of the house we have prepared two bedrooms. In each bedroom there is a large double bed and a double sofa bed.
- on the first floor there is also a bathroom and a utility room
- outside we managed to create a very spacious garden
- in the garden a large water tub heated electrically
The cottage is heated by a heat pump providing underfloor heating throughout the building. Outside there is a private water tub heated electrically with a constant temperature of 37-38°C. The tub can be used all year round and is at the exclusive disposal of the Guests of the rented Murowaniec Cottage.
For swimming enthusiasts, we recommend the free heated swimming pool, available at the Maruszyna Settlement from May 1 to September 30.
The cottage is fully equipped and includes amenities such as: bed linen, towels, bathrobes, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.
The facility area is fenced and monitored.
During the winter break and summer holidays, we rent Domek Murowaniec for stays of at least 3 days.
